1. Overview

MyCuisine is designed to be private by default. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored in the cloud solely to power your account and keep your plans in sync across your devices — never for advertising or tracking.

2. What we collect

Authentication data. When you sign in, we collect your email address (and name, if you provide one, or your account profile when using single sign-on) solely to create and verify your account.

Meal and health data. Your preferences — cuisine, diet, calorie target, medical conditions — along with generated plans and food logs are stored on your device for instant access and securely synced to the cloud so they're available whenever and wherever you sign in.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
• We do not use your meal, preference or health data for anything other than generating and syncing your own plan.

4. Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your authentication record and cloud-stored data; locally cached data can be removed by clearing site storage on each device you used.

5. Cookies and local storage

The app uses on-device storage for fast access to your plans and logs, and cookies or similar mechanisms strictly to keep you signed in.

6. Third-party services

We use a trusted cloud provider to handle sign-in and secure data storage on our behalf, under their standard privacy and security practices. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
